Keystone Advisors is an independent Certified Public Accounting firm that specializes in providing quality services in the areas of Financial Advisory Solutions, Accounting, and Auditing Services, Business Performance and Transformation, Program Management Support, Budget Support, Interim CFO Solutions and Staff Augmentation. Our customer base consists of Government Agencies, Corporate Entities and leading Accounting and Audit firms in Chicago, Washington, DC, and other metropolitan areas. Our company is located in South Holland, IL. (a Southeast Suburb of Chicago approximately a 20 minute drive from Downtown Chicago) Keystone is looking for an Accounting Student Intern to join our Corporate team in South Holland, Illinois. We offer excellent job experience to a student which would be an asset in their search for future employment Work Schedule: 15-20 hours per week with very flexible hours and days to accommodate school schedule.Salary: This is a paid internship, rate is competitive with other paid internship programsJob Duties: This is an excellent opportunity to put your newly acquired accounting skills into practice. You will gain knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Accounting cycle. Sample duties include: Reconcile General Ledger AccountsReconcile Bank Accounts and Credit Card StatementsPost Daily transactions in the General LedgerHandle Monthly Billing and CollectionOther special projects, as assigned.Reports to Accounting Manager Education:College student in good standingMUST have completed Accounting 101 and Accounting 102Work Experience is not required Desired Skills: Microsoft ExcelQuickBooksAbility to Multi-task
