During this immersive Program, you will have the opportunity to support our Solutions Engineering Talent Development team which runs our Scout Academy Program. This role includes helping execute both strategic projects and the day to day operations.

YOUR IMPACT

This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of growth at the most innovative software company. The Salesforce Scout Academy helps prepare recent graduates for roles as Solutions Engineers supporting our sales teams across the United States. This program includes the development of professional skills as well as our core technologies.

Supporting the program leadership, your activities and responsibilities will include:

• Managing the various resources required to run the Scout Academy

• Supporting the program leadership with administrative tasks to prepare for the summer cohort.

• Participating in a variety of training activities along with the summer cohort

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree preferably in a discipline such as engineering, science, economics, computer science etc. and graduating in 2022 or 2023

• Comfortable with all standard office applications

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
