Job/Internship Description

Pay Rate: $15/hour
Length: 12 weeks
Hours: 32 hours a week
Location: Remote USA

What will you be doing and learning?

This internship will offer a student who is interested in education the opportunity to experience Learning and Development (L&D) in a corporate space. This intern will also get the opportunity to work with different L&D Managers on various projects providing them with an assorted experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize, plan, and assist L&D Managers in the creation of both live and self-paced training/events.
  • Assist with creating training resources using interactive online software (Articulate 360) on a wide array of training topics.
  • Assist in training employees ranging from new hires to leaders within the organization.

Skills / Knowledge:

  • You must be enrolled in a degreed program (i.e. Bachelor's, Master's, etc)
    • We will accept applicants graduating from their degree in Spring 2021.
  • Self-starter who is willing to collaborate often with team members using internal instant messaging, phone calls, and video calls.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Interest in how people learn and approach new topics, ideas, and skills.
