The Opportunity
Processor Business GroupJob Responsibilities:
As the leader of the SoC Solution Modeling team, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive the functional and performance analysis of next-generation automotive and networking platforms
Lead the development of systems and software platform for software-defined vehicles and connected cars
Lead the team to develop, integrate, test, and deliver a virtual platform for designing custom solutions and SoCs for automotive compute
Facilitate design and development of validation infrastructure for verification and debug of virtual platform functionality
Manage, motivate, and mentor members of the platform team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.
Experience with SystemC TLM-2.0 based modeling, including loosely and approximately timed models
Experience with hardware-software performance analysis and validation using processor models
Experience in virtual platform integration, software bring-up and debugging on simulation environments such as Virtualizer, Platform Architect or similar.
Proficiency in C/C++ and SystemC and experience with Python
Understanding of source management, software build, validation and continuous integration flows and methodologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
Experience building and managing a team of dynamic hardware or software engineers in a fast-paced environment.
