Job Description Summary
Quality Assurance - Manages and controls processing of rebate / incentive applications and claims for energy savings programs, to ensure that contractual obligations are met, claimed energy savings is reasonable, and payments are properly calculated, approved, paid and recorded. Addresses disputed rebate claim data. Prepares and reviews required documentation. Ensures that standards for contract proposals, including contract clauses and attachments, are observed, and that rebates offered are in compliance with programmatic guidelines. Coordinates the review and revision of procedures, specifications, and forms. Provides input on quality control procedures and documentation. Ensures timely payment of incentive invoices and end user incentives. Performs systematic quality assurance verification.Job Description
