$55k - 60k plus benefits
QUICK BOOKS EXPERIENCE A MUST!!

Responsible for managing office duties and insuring internal and external processes are efficient. This role will require a strong accounting background and detailed knowledge of QuickBooks. In addition, responsibilities for Human Resource functions including Policies and Procedures and on-boarding - documentation, hiring and disciplinary actions.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs

Must be proficient and expert level with Quick Books products

Serve as the point person for office administrator duties including

  • Maintenance
  • Mailing
  • Supplies
  • Equipment
  • Bills / Invoices
  • Errands
  • Organize the office layout and order stationary and equipment
  • Maintain the office condidtion and arrange necessary repairs
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Work with Safety Manager to insure all documentation is maintained on incidents and/or safety training requirements for new and existing employees.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Schedule meetings and appointments

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Managesany office personal including receptionist. This position is also responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.

Math Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
