Department/Project overview:
- The analyst intern will perform quantitative and qualitative research to help the GLMS market management & strategy department analyze programs, services offered, market potential, competitive intelligence and industry standards to recommend and guide market efforts.
Areas of the business that the intern would partner with:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Service delivery
- Market intelligence.
Project responsibilities/deliverables:
- Learn Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain appropriate databases and data systems for the department by acquiring primary and secondary data from existing internal or external data sources.
- Use Salesforce data to uncover insights about GLMS prospects and customers.
