Provide and implement ideas to improve the efficiency of the molding department.

Requirements of the Process Engineer - Plastic Injection Molding

RJG/ Scientific molding experience nice to have

Previous experience processing and troubleshooting injection molding machines

Strategic leadership and the ability to build a team

Strong communication skills

Physically able to perform all job duties
