Our client, an industry leader plastic injection molding, is looking to add a talented Tooling Manager to their team. This person needs to be an out of the box thinker who is able to innovate and solve problems with different thinking. Tool and die experience with management responsibilities in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.

Job Duties include:

Managing tooling department by providing leadership to direct reports

Build injection molding tools within customer specifications

Repair and maintenance work of existing molds

Implement process control techniques and procedures

Required Qualifications

Injection Molding experience

Leadership experience in a tool room setting

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent in experience
