• Position is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans by soliciting business through multiple channels, negotiating price to meet company profitability objectives, while ensuring compliance with established lending policies and procedures
• Present Cambria Mortgage residential mortgage products to realtors, builders, and other housing related businesses in the Minnesota market
• Effectively solicit, track and monitor all leads generated and provided by Cambria Mortgage
• Identify new business opportunities to meet company goals
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure customer service, loan quality and targets are achieved and/or exceeded
• Maintain knowledge of compliance policies and procedures

• At least 3 years of loan origination experience
• Proven track record in mortgage sales
• Knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines
• State loan originator license
• Ability to develop relationships
• Strong negotiating skills
• Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
