Overview
The market specialist role provides deep domain knowledge to prospects, clients and internal account teams. This role requires an expert in Banking with strong understanding of the Fixed Income markets.
This role is pivotal to the sales process, requiring coordination with colleagues in Account Management, Product Management, and other teams within Thomson Reuters. To be successful you will need a structured but creative approach to problem solving, have tenacity and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, spot project risks and opportunities and be able to prioritize quickly.
The location of the role will be in New York City or Chicago.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will typically have 8+ years' financial industry experience with a proven track record in client facing role preferable selling into Banking sector & fixed income departments and knows FI traders workflow.
