Role Description:

* Strong expertise in design development and implementation of SOA based integrations

* 6 years of experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability - understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST

* Candidate must be able to highlight their experience and success leading diverse technical and non-technical teams- working through complex, business critical projects in a dynamic, changing environment.

* Must have at least 6 years of experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and BusinessConnect in a health care environment.

* Candidate must have a strong development background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing.

* Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity.

* Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology.

* Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented Middleware, Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ, EMS and RV).

* Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL.

* Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc).

* Must have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise application integration development with solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX.

* Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating system.

* Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect.

* Highly desired EDI X12 transaction sets: Claims submission (837); Claims payment (835); Enrollment (834); Eligibility inquiry (270); Eligibility response (271); Claim status request (276); Claim status response (277); Service review (278); Group premium payment (820)

* Experience with TIBCO BPM tools is a plus.

* Must have strong knowledge with Web Services concepts.

* Must have strong functional spec and technical documentation skills.

* Leads/participates in the development of short and long-term infrastructure strategies to drive innovation, decrease speed to market, improve quality, and lower cost

* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a broad range of project stakeholders (developers, architects, business leads, senior management etc), to meet the needs of the business and IT

* Ability to identify solutions to complex problems and business processes using tools and technologies to improve efficiency through automation, re-use, design patterns, and best practices
