About the Job

Essential Functions:
This position will provide the services of a Project Coordinator for the Capacity Building
Program ProgRESSVet and other CAHFS activities in the region as assigned. Under this role, the successful candidate will support four primary program activities, including:
Daily project support (40%):

Coordinating with CAHFS staff regarding program planning and implementation tasks,
while tracking updates in Asana
Coordinating relevant meetings, including scheduling, drafting agendas, and sending
follow-up notes Coordinating frequently with the eLearning team regarding key milestones and aligning daily work with timelines and priorities
Program Evaluation support (40%)

Work with the UofM-based team to collaboratively design evaluation instruments and
protocols to evaluate program impact
Coordinate and support data collection activities (interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
with participants and partners
Analyze evaluation data and report results and evidence-based recommendations
Duties and tasks as assigned (20%)

The salary range for this position is $48,131.20 - $50,000.00

Hours of work are Monday through Friday 8 hours days

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and five years related experience to include project management. Coursework in a related field may substitute for some years of experience.
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Google Suite, etc) to aid in effective
program implementation.
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,), Google Suite, and electronic calendaring. Experience composing and editing program-related communications and correspondence. Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
Experience with online meeting software (Zoom, Microsoft teams, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
Master degree in a related field completed prior to hire. More than two years of relevant
experience as described above in either a private practice, corporate, or government setting.
Excellent oral/written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work in teams, strong time management skills, and a high level of experience with a variety of computer software programs.
