Job Description

We are looking for quality candidates for our fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing positions. These positions require safe and efficient operations as well as attention to detail and exceptional quality. If you have these skills, you may be a great fit for Red Wing Shoe Company.

Starting Pay Rates:

1st Shift: $18.42/hour. After 90-day probationary period, increased to $19.42/hour.

2nd Shift 19.20/hour. After 90-day probationary period, increased to 20.20/hour.

Working Hours:

1stShift Working hours, including overtime6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday & Friday Overtime 6:00am - until the posted end time, if needed.

2nd ShiftHoursincludingOvertime:Monday - Thursday Friday 4:30pm - 3:00am & Friday Overtime would be 4:30pm- end time would be posted, if needed.

*Overtime may be required for Production Operators which could extendworking hours beyond 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

We will train for all positions, no previous experience required.Basic qualifications include ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp, work in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team. Previous experience in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, carpentry or other manufacturing may be helpful but is not required.
