Job Description

Responsibilities: Participates in Epic order Verification, prepares and delivers medications and information to physicians, nurses, and patients within the hospital. Supervises technical staff in all phases of their duties. Checks all orders, IV admixtures, repackaging of medications, etc. Provide daily pharmaceutical care to patients through prevention, adverse drug reaction management, pharmacokinetic consults and monitoring.

Qualifications: B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy. Current MD pharmacist license. Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
