A day in the life
The pay rate is $20.49 per hour without a CDL and $25.04 per hour with a valid CDL. This is a non-exempt (hourly), bargaining unit, onsite temporary 1,000-hour position at our Braham, MN, Operations South Center.

A day in the life
- Manage materials at each location or designated job sites to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- unload incoming materials from trucks and organize inventory.
- Pick material for subcontractors and deliver them as needed and load subcontractors with materials when necessary.
- Maintain warehouse vehicles, including checking fire extinguishers, maintaining driver's logs, and ensuring cleanliness.
- maintain organization and cleanliness of pole yards.
- High School Diploma
- Forklift Certification (on-site training provided)
- Preferred: one year of warehouse experience, current and valid Commercial Driver's License for interstate commerce, and DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Perform moderately complex mathematical calculations
- Organize and maintain vendor and supplier catalogs and literature.
- Adhere to safety rules.
- Understand product lines.
- Understand cooperative material management policies and guidelines.
- know proper load tie-down techniques to ensure proper and safe transportation.
