Your opportunity:

As a Marketing Specialist for the Greenheck Group you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, development, and execution of marketing plans for our product lines. As a member of the corporate marketing team, this position will work closely with the divisional marketing managers to understand the critical needs of the Greenheck Group brands, sales channels, customers, and influencers, taking that knowledge to create plans and programs that will drive awareness and market share growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with development, execution, and refinement of marketing campaigns for assigned projects to build awareness and generate customer engagement.
• Assist with coordination of brand projects across multiple channels.
• Facilitate requests for marketing creative assets, logos, and other marketing materials.
• Assist with the development and review of marketing materials such as sales and product collateral and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products.
• Assist with content development projects to ensure relevant topics are covered and key messaging is used. This includes, but is not limited to, literature pieces, social media, email campaigns, blog posts, video storyboards, presentations.
• Assist with writing, proofreading, and editing content.
• Help maintainforward-looking marketing calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly) of marketing events, byproject, business unit and media channel.

• Minimal travel is required in this role.
• Position can be located in WI or MN

What you should have:

• Required 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications or similar discipline.
• Required 2-4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal product stakeholders and external partners.
