Phone Bankers spends nearly 100% of their time on the phone answering questions for Wells Fargo customers. The working environment is fun and relaxed with a casual dress code but is also demanding and structured, and involves overcoming customers banking concerns which can include some escalated issues.
Phone Bankers are expected to sell products and services and achieve aggressive sales goals which are measured daily. They always handle each customer with a friendly, courteous touch while following strict procedures for handling various types of inquiries.

In our Shoreview, MN location we currently have multiple openings for Phone Bankers supporting two different business lines. These positions have various start dates and schedules available. Phone Bankers earn at least $11.86-$12.89 as a starting hourly wage plus quarterly incentive bonus pay based on sales performance. We offer more for highly qualified applicants. Consumer Phone bankers provide service and sales support for our consumer banking customers. Must be available to attend a paid training course starting on 12/17/12 from 8:00-4:30pm, Monday through Friday for 6 weeks. We have full time and part time shifts available, with all schedules that have start times between 9:00am and 3:00pm, 8.5 hour shift, Sunday through Saturday, working 1 weekend day.
Business Phone Bankers as part of the National Business Banking Center (NBBC) provide service and sales support for our small business customers. Must be available to attend a paid training course starting on 12/3/12 from 8:00-4:30pm, Monday through Friday for 7 weeks. We have full time shifts available, with all schedules that have start times between 10:30am and 3:00pm, 8.5 hour shift, Monday through Saturday, working every Saturday. We also do have a 7:30am- 4:00pm shift available working Saturdays, limited availability.
