Guardian Angels Care Center, a faith based long term care facility has an opening for two Full Time RN Nurse Unit Managers on our two TCU Units.  The candidate must possess 5+ years of prior transitional care unit experience. Responsible for ensuring the quality of care and services delivered to the clients on the assigned unit.  Performs admission assessments for residents Monday - Friday.  Works with staff to gain input into needs of clients and unit.  Participates on call rotation every fourth week.
