Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description
This position is responsible for the supervision of our Maintenance, Machining, Electronic Technician and Product Disassembly department in an area of work that involves the re-manufacturing and or manufacturing of electronic boards or harnesses. Work involves thorough understanding of plant operations. Supervision of approximately 30 employees.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Post secondary degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Five to seven years experience in manufacturing.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of computer applications and/or controlled systems to include Manufacturing Requirements Planning Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SPC controls, TPM and Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
- High level of analytical and problem solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others to motivate employees and elicit work output.
