Western Bank, a Division of American National Bank, is a healthy, progressive and growing bank, with 5 locations in the St. Paul/Minneapolis metropolitan area. The Service Representative position resides in the Service Banking department which provides assistance to commercial, nonprofit and consumer customers, as well as to Western Bank's bankers.

As a Service Representative, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining current and new customer relationships by opening new accounts, identifying potential banking needs of new and existing customers and providing excellent customer service.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• High School education or equivalent work experience
• Previous banking experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience
• Highly motivated and dependable
• Sensitive and skilled in customer relations
• Team Player
• Ability to work on computers
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 Software
• Ability to work on a telephone
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Adaptable and resilient to stress and change
• May have to lift heavy safe deposit boxes for our customers
• Work Schedule flexibility is a must
