Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit agency, seeks a creative and energetic individual to work with adults with developmental disabilities in an employment setting.

Established in 1960, Partnership Resources, Inc. (PRI) is a non-profit organization licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide day training and habilitation services to adults with developmental disabilities. PRI's mission is "to create partnerships between people with disabilities and the community." We believe that each person we serve has unique talents and gifts to contribute to the community. We currently have an opening in a Vocational Specialist (job coach) position. In this position, the Vocational Specialist responsibilities include supporting employment opportunities while providing direct care and case management to your own caseload. The position will oversee several job sites. Reliable transportation, a good driving record, and transport of clients are required.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, approxi. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Competitive salary ($26,250 - $28,350 depending on qualifications) and full benefits are included with the position.

Experience working with people with disabilities required and prior job coaching experience is a plus.
