The Loan Service Center, Inc. (LSC) provides staff to credit union collection departments on a part time, full time, temporary, or permanent basis. The LSC is not a collection agency. LSC Account Service Representatives work under the direction of the credit union's Collection Manager and follow the collection procedures established by the client to service the client's delinquent loan portfolio prior to charge off. The LSC team is acknowledged by credit unions as the most capable at minimizing losses from delinquent loans through competent, consistent coverage.
