REO Plastics was founded in 1960 and incorporated in 1962 by Robert E. O'Connor, hence the name REO. The company was taken public in 1968 and currently trades on the local over-the-counter market. Earl A. Patch became president in 1975 and held that position until his death in 2008. Earl had a strong financial background and under his leadership the company gained stability, stature, and recognition as a high quality provider of injection molding and related manufacturing services. Three additions during that time have increased the plant size to 135,000 square feet. Mr. Patch's daughter, Carolyn (Carrie) Sample succeeded him as President in 2008. REO Plastics celebrated it's 50th Year Anniversary in 2010.
